End User Opt-Out & Explanation of Rights

This site allows end users to opt out of third party analytics provided by MobileAppTracking ("MAT"), a product of HasOffers, Inc. MAT provides advertisers with non-personally identifiable data to help advertisers optimize marketing resources. When you choose to opt out of MAT, MAT will cease monitoring your specific device across all applications and web sites that use its services. While HasOffers never collects personal information about end users, it has designed the following user-friendly opt out tool specifically for MAT to protect end users' privacy and to ensure transparency in its practices.

This page only allows end users to opt out of the MAT analytics and tracking software. It does not opt out the end user from any other analytics or tracking software. When an end user provides an identifier on this opt out page, MAT stops tracking that identifier across all devices.

This opt out will not change your email or advertising settings, nor will it prevent the collection or use of your personal information by other parties. To opt out of third party emails or other advertising, please use the appropriate unsubscribe links or contact the responsible party directly.

Does HasOffers Own Information About End Users?

No. HasOffers provides unbiased, third-party tools that allow businesses to scale advertising campaigns and monitor marketing practices. Unlike most other companies in its industry, HasOffers specifically disclaims all ownership rights to data it provides to its customers. And it never uses data to target or retarget consumers. HasOffers is not a data collection company or a targeted advertiser. It does not serve banners or monetize end users in any way.

But while HasOffers and MAT don't own information about end users, they understand you may still want to opt out of MAT's services. To do so, please follow the instructions below and/or fill out the embedded opt out form.

Limiting Ad Tracking on Android Devices

Android phones do not have a built-in option to limit ad tracking. Instead, users must manually locate their Device ID (IMEI/MEID) or Android ID, and/or Mac address and enter them into our embedded opt-out form below.

To locate your IMEI/MEID, go to your phone dialer and press "*#06#". The device identifier should appear.

To locate Android ID, you must install the "Device ID" app from Google Play. To download, click here.

Once you have your IMEI/MEID and Android ID, enter them into this form:

Does this Page Apply to You? End User versus Client

As a general matter, HasOffers understands it can be difficult to determine whether you are an end user or client. This page only provides services to end users. Clients, on the other hand, are subject to and bound by the HasOffers and MAT Privacy Policies. The following is offered to help you understand whether you are an "end user" or "client".

"End Users": An "end user" is any person who clicks on an advertisement associated with the HasOffers and/or MAT services. The end user has no contractual relationship with HasOffers and is not subject to or protected by the HasOffers and MAT Privacy Policies. The end user may use this opt-out page as a service, but should refer to the privacy policies of the Advertiser, Publisher, Agency, or Network who owned the link or ad they clicked.

"Clients": HasOffers and MAT are unbiased third-party solutions for marketers and advertisers. They develop products for Advertisers, Publishers, Agencies, and Networks ("customers") that allow them to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. These customers—along with visitors and users of the HasOffers and MAT web sites—are "clients" and subject to and protected by the HasOffers and MAT Privacy Policies.
